Eligibility Standards & Guidelines
Review essential criteria for all participant tiers before submitting your credentials.
All team members must be verified alumni of the represented high school. Cross-school rosters are permitted only in specified open divisions.
Judges must hold a minimum bachelor's degree in their subject field or 5+ years of academic/professional standing.
Press credentials require verified affiliation with a registered broadcast outlet, digital publication, or recognized photojournalism agency.
Vendors must possess valid statutory business registration documents and adhere to sustainability standards in the venue.
